HAPPY SPRING TO ALL OF YOU


Spring begins on March 20th. This is the equinox when day equals night. Daylight Savings Time is now earlier and occurs on March 11th, giving us more light. Spring is a time of planting, cleansing and new beginnings. Green is the color of Spring. Please include "greens" in your diet. They add vitamins and minerals to help tune up the body for this season.

  • FOR THE MIND: Spring Cleaning

  •  Start Spring off with a clean mind and spirit. Take 5 minutes and try this exercise to release any negative emotion like fear, anger, regret, blame, guilt - etc. Imagine any negativity as particles of coal - located in your mind or body. Imagine warm spring winds blowing away the dark particles. As the coal disappears, glowing diamonds, with rainbow colors, appear. Concentrate on the image of the rainbows. Don't you feel lighter?   • FOR THE BODY: Spring Cleaning

  •  The Master Cleanser formula has been around for years to detoxify, re-energize and re-boot our bodies. It gives us a rest from eating, and allows the body to recharge. If you have never done a cleanse before - take it easy. Try it for one day and see this makes you feel lighter. People who are experienced fasters have done it for a week, in combination with other complementary cleansing processes. Here is the formula:
    2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon or lime juice
    1-2 tablespoons 100% Maple Syrup
    1/10 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    8 ounces of spring water
    Drink as much as you want during the day (at least 6 glasses)
