  •  Gratitude that is expressed, magnetizes our flow of receiving. Surrendering to gratitude softens our egos and enhances our higher alignment. There are some who say that to be in constant state of thankfulness is enlightenment. Gratitude is a form of prayer and positive thinking. To be grateful is a way of giving back energy and opens the door to receptivity and well being. So why not focus on gratitude, instead of being upset and worrying.
    Keep appreciating and being graciously grateful for all the good you have, in your life, and see what happens!

  • FOR THE BODY: Food Is Your Best Medicine

  •  Your ultimate food selection plan which will make you feel physically fabulous, mentally clear and energetic, will probably not be the Standard American Diet (SAD).
    One of my clients, decided to upgrade her diet and detoxify her body. She did this for 2 weeks. It was hard, she said, buying and cooking those organic foods and vegetables. It was time consuming, expensive, and took effort to follow. She gave up her old habits, which were comfortable. After 2 weeks, following this regime, she noticed she felt lighter, had lost weight, and those annoying aches and pains had lessened.
    Because of outside pressures, she went back to her old ways, old habits and old foods. It was not nutritious, but fast. Those old familiar aches, lack of energy and the unclear thinking returned.
    She could not believe food could make such a difference in her physical and mental well-being. What a good learning experience! She has now returned to cooking and eating good food. Hippocrates knew, when he said, LET FOOD BE YOUR BEST MEDICINE! Try good food, it makes a difference!
