Winter is upon us, and it is imperative to stay
aware of factors that may cause our minds and
bodies to get imbalanced. These include overactivity,
late nights, lack of rest and sleep, and frustration.
It is vitally important, in winter especially, that
the intake and output of personal energy is balanced.
This includes our foods, feelings, rest and work.

year," which indicates new beginnings. Astrologically,
January is the time when Pluto moves into Capricorn,
after residing in Sagittarius for over twenty years. This
