A NEW YEAR - A NEW BEGINNING

| NEW YEAR: NUMEROLOGY FOR 2002 | | | What can we expect in 2002, which is considered a "4"
year cycle. Check back into your life 9 years ago, what
happened during the "4" year of 1993? It may be
similar. But, hold onto your hats - everything in the
NEW MILLENIUM moves faster and reaches higher, thus
we will be taking on larger projects. The "4" year is a
hard work year, but is an auspicious time for creating
new foundations, re-structuring and re-inventing our
lives. Our perceptions will be broader and will range
from personal to global. We will be organizing our lives,
throwing out what doesn't work, putting things in new
order, making changes where necessary, and
rebuilding. On a personal level, we will be updating our
basic practical life foundations:
1. Financially: organizing monies: acquiring new
careers, taking new courses, rebalancing
portfolios.
2. Healthwise: building stronger,
healthier bodies, going to the gym, taking vitamins,
correcting health imbalances and bad habits.
3. Emotionally: rebuilding our inner sense of safety,
understanding security is from within
4. Spiritually: adding more prayer, meditation and a
deeper connection to spirit, allowing increased
peacefulness and harmony.
5. Other areas of re-structuring, may include family and
community issues, the use of time, energy and
recreation, and projects related to the home.

In this time of transformation, especially since 9/11,
life has not been the same. Some of us have been
guided to re-create and remodel our lives inside and
out. In this group, we will use innovative Body Mind
Techniques to CLEAR - OUT the old; to awaken new
ideas; to bring in new opportunities; to increase self
knowledge for the "journey of life".
3. January 27th; SAY HELLO TO YOUR ENERGY
BODY
Rockport, MA 2 -3:30pm, $30 -Part 1
In this workshop we will learn and discuss the use of
subtle energy systems for healing and intuition. These
energy systems form the basis for alternative healing
practices. We will identify and work with energy,
male/female polarities, soul integration etc. etc. (as
time allows) and have a group visualization for
clearing mind-body-spirit imbalances.
