Welcome to February. The days are longer and the winter has been milder than usual. The warmer days preview springtime, which will be here soon.

  • FOR THE MIND: You Know What To Do!

  •  Clients have been telling me they feel torn making decisions between their "gut knowings" and what they "should" do or are advised to do.
    I say, Don't let others or yourself talk you out of what is true and right for you. Authority figures (doctors, parents, teachers, family) may seem to know more, but in reality, you know yourself best.
    Decisions which are made from the heart or from deep within, feel light and joyful. "Should" decisions which seem hard and heavy usually won't work out. If you are in doubt, Stuart Wilde, a metaphysical writer says, DO NOTHING.
    Carol Tuttle, an intuitive teacher created this "decision" exercise. Put your concentration on your third eye, between your eyebrows.
    1.Gently tap on the bridge of your nose while repeating, "I know what is best for me, I honor that knowing, and I act on that knowing."
    2. Stop justifying, defending and explaining yourself to yourself and others.
    3. Stop using the phrase, "I don't know", it will shut down your intuition. Substitute the phrase, I know what is right for me, inspiration flows to me easily and quickly"
    Allow ideas to roll in.
