Here are some hints for winter survival. Make sure you schedule 20 minutes daily, outside. Be smart about carbohydrates - don't over indulge. Maintain your exercise program. Don't forget supplements like fish oil, B complex, and a good vitamin with minerals. These hints will help you increase your energy, wellbeing and positive mood.

  •    The US Dept of Agriculture is expected to release a new food pyramid in January. Hope it is better than the last one. In the meantime, enjoy your holidays

    LOCAL CLASSES - JANUARY 2005


    1. SWAMPSCOTT - PRACTICAL MEDITATION (Monday Night)
    This clearout class been helpful, for those who are moving forward in their lives and wish to jump over hurdles. Many desires, for example new jobs and wanted pregnancy, have been manifested. Prerequisite - a class or session with Laura
    2. SWAMPSCOTT - THE TRAVELS OF THE ENERGY BODY (Wednesday Night) This is a continuation of the Energy Body Class. We will learn more of the subtle body systems and the mind body relationship to our beliefs, history and present day situations. Prerequisite - a class or session with Laura.
    3. SALEM - FRIDAY EVENINGS "THE FEEL GOOD SERIES" with Laura and Mike Cohen, an accomplished Clinical Hypnotherapist. Clearing energy and using self - hypnosis will uplift and renew your spirit. Join us for a fun time. No prerequisite.

    This holistic class is for those who have been struggling with food. Food compulsions may be the symptom of a hidden problem. It could be a physical reaction to the food we eat or a mental, emotional or spiritual aspect of ourselves asking for healing. Through self- exploration, guided imagery and relaxation techniques, we find answers which can lead to transformation of this situation. This course is taught by a former food addict, now a licensed nutritionist and certified hypnotherapist with 20 years of personal and professional experience.
