  • FOR THE MIND: Intuition Works!

  •  Intuition is a most powerful tool, which gets better and more accurate, the more we use it. We can intuitively try on alternative possibilities, like mental clothing, and test each one visually in our mind's eye. Correct choices will always feel right as we experience increased energy and joy. Good decisions which uplift our energy turn out to be accurate in the long run. We need to "obey" our intuitive hunches and "gut feelings" which cannot be rationally explained. It can be minutes, days, months or years before we discover how insightful our choices have been.

  • FOR THE BODY: Is Alli our Ally?

  •  Alli is a new over the counter weight loss drug with an added side effect. Keep an extra pair of underpants handy. This drug prevents the GI system from absorbing more than the recommended 15 gms of fat at a meal. If you eat more fat you may experience cramps and leakage. This weight loss remedy is $50 at your local pharmacy and comes with a low calorie, low fat diet and online support. IN MY OPINION: There are more natural solutions for weight loss. Increase exercise, eat smaller portions of healthy foods, and do not depend on a drug which creates worry, stress, embarrassment and decreases the absorption of fat soluble vitamins and minerals such as A, D, and E.
