Happy Fall. Yes we are in midst of it. I am and we are in the midst of CHANGE. Colors of leaves are changing, reminding us to celebrate the colors of fall by eating colored vegetables and fruits of harvest time.
My office hours are changing in November. Wednesday afternoons will be added and Sundays will be gone. I will be available for private sessions at Comeau Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays - afternoons and early evenings.
Had a very wonderful comment from B.E. a client, after a clear out. She said, I don't know what you did. It was magical. I have been feeling calm, peaceful and clear since our session, a month ago. Haven't felt so relaxed and comfortable in a long time.

FOR THE MIND
I attended a seminar called "Better Brains, Better Bodies". Whatever is instrumental in keeping brains young will also keep the body young and prevent aging of both areas. Aging is caused, by Inflammation in the system, elevated Blood Sugar and Stress.
Exercise is a very strong component of keeping the brain and body, young, and healthful. It counteracts the risk of dementia along with eating Omega 3 foods. Alaskan Salmon, Tuna, Nuts, Avocados, Krill Oil, Fish Oil, Flax Oil are some of the foods which keep the brain young. Eating less also fights aging.
At the seminar, it was stated that "The Mediterranean Diet" is still considered the best diet. It is loaded with fresh fish, fresh vegetables and fruit and low in processed foods. Yes, you will have to cook probably for a long time - since this diet fights aging.
This food plan is varied and consists of all the countries on the Mediterranean. You could have international fare using the cooking styles of Portugal, Spain, Italy, Greece or France.
