We are now in the 5th month of the year. "5" is the number of change. I am in the midst of change and will be moving a few towns away, in the next 6 weeks. I am selling my fabulous townhouse in Swampscott for under $300,000.   • FOR THE MIND: FOCUSING

  •    If you are interested in changing something or creating something new - Focus on what you want rather than what you don't want. Focus on what is correct in your life. Find those things which bring you peace, pleasure and clarity. Feel the emotional gratification of having positive feelings in your life. Release clutter, obstacles, resistances, and interferences from goals. Move through blame, shame, anger, fear and other negative emotions. Replace these with gratitude, hopefulness and confidence. By concentrating on thankfulness and happiness, more good will come. Why not use energy like a lazer beam to move forward with a grateful positive focus. Remember the Universal Law, WHERE ATTENTION GOES, ENERGY FLOWS.

  • FOR THE BODY: SOFT DRINKS

  •    Soft drinks like soda and other commercial concoctions are good habits to let go of. While sugar drinks may add pounds, and rot teeth, caffeinated drinks have been known to take paint off of cars. I can imagine what that can to do your stomachs, over time. Caffeine can even irritate your unsuspecting bladders, causing frequent trips to the powder room. Diet drinks may cause all kinds of wierd auto-immune symptoms as well. BEST THING -DRINK WATER.

  •    SWAMPSCOTT - PRACTICAL MEDITATION
    CLASSES WILL BE HELD Mondays, twice a month. May 9, 23 at 7pm-8:30pm, $30 per class.
    This meditation and clearout class has transformed lives. Jobs, pregnancy, and more peaceful lives have been achieved. When we clear out the old, we make space for new and wonderous adventures. We will continue to work on manifestation through guided imagery and other meditative techniques.

    PAST LIVES: A SPIRITUAL ADVENTURE;

    In this workshop we will explore the theory of past lives through discussion, experiences and imagery. Yes, if you wish you can travel back in time yourself and/or facilitate a journey for a fellow workshop member. Techniques and instruction will be offered in a safe, comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Your instructor, Laura, had her first regression in 1977 and is now aware of 50+ of her past life adventures. She has taught past life classes for 10 years. Bring a pillow and a blanket.

    INTRODUCTION TO YOUR ENERGY BODY
    Wednesday, June 15; 6-8pm at Salem State South
    You thought you were only a physical body with a mind. In this class, we will experience subtle energy systems which form the basis of alternative healing practices such as Reiki, Acupuncture, Energy Healing and Medical Intuition. We will identify energy centers (chakras), energy fields (auras) and meridians. We will explore possibilities for harmonizing and healing our energy bodies.
